Technical Compliance Manager
A vacancy has arisen for a Technical Compliance Manager, based at our Electrical Oil Services site in Cheshire.
The Technical Compliance Manager ensures technical and regulatory compliance across all field service operations. This role provides expert support for fleet management, maintenance and adherence to safety and operational standards. The role is also required to provide Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor support to ensure that all compliance issues are handled correctly.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support for new and existing assets to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
2.Assist with maintenance support, troubleshooting and technical guidance for field service operators.
3.Manage and advise on operator licence, policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
4.Deliver DGSA (Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor) support, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and safety standards.
5.Provide SHEQ support for the EOS FS Department.
6.Act as a liaison for operators and site support, resolving technical and compliance-related issues promptly.
7.Provide cover for field service operations in unplanned situations to ensure that the programme of works may continue.
8.Provide technical support for EOS Stanlow site.
Accountabilities:
1.Complete and share monthly O licence audits.
2.Provide monthly update reports for new plant/projects.
3.Provide monthly update report for maintenance activities.
4.Assist with the compilation and maintenance of all necessary documents related to field service compliance.
5.Ensure all DGSA compliance in relation to audit standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
1.Transport Manager CPC holder.
2.Strong technical background in plant management and maintenance.
3.Knowledge of regulatory compliance, operator licensing, WTD.
4.DGSA qualified.
5.IOSH Certified and willing to work towards NEBOSH.
6.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7.Ability to work collaboratively with field service teams and external stakeholders.
8.Able to safely operate field service plant and equipment.
